MiVojo offers services aimed at enhancing YouTube video visibility, including increasing video views, engagement, and reach. We utilize proprietary tools, advertising techniques, and third-party platforms to deliver these services effectively.
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Own or have the necessary rights to promote the YouTube video you wish to use our Service for.
User Responsibilities
You are required to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your YouTube video and its related promotional content.
Ensure your YouTube video complies with YouTube’s community guidelines, advertising policies, and all applicable laws, including data protection and copyright laws.
Use the Service lawfully and refrain from any activity that could damage the interests of MiVojo, third parties, or the Service itself.
Refund Policy
No Refunds on Completed Ads and Views: Once a YouTube video ad has been executed and views have been accrued, refunds are not available.
Refunds for Video Disapproval: If your video is disapproved based on YouTube’s policies, preventing ad execution, you will receive a full refund for the unutilized portion of your payment.
Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or financial disputes for services rendered and accepted under these Terms. Initiating such disputes constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Service Delivery
While we strive to deliver quality services, specific outcomes such as the number of views or engagement levels cannot be guaranteed. The success of any promotion is subject to factors like content quality, viewer preferences, and changes in YouTube’s algorithms.
No Guarantee of Results
MiVojo does not promise specific results regarding views, viral success, or monetization. Promotion success varies based on multiple factors, and continuous promotion cannot be guaranteed.
Marketing and Promotional Use
By using our services, you grant MiVojo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display anonymized results and performance metrics of your campaigns (such as view counts, engagement data, or creative assets) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website portfolio, case studies, and social media platforms.
We will never disclose personal identifying information (such as names, emails, or links to private content) without your explicit consent. If you prefer your campaign results not to be used for promotional purposes, you may contact us at info@mivojo.com to opt out.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, neither MiVojo nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding six months.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MiVojo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including breaches of these Terms or violations of law.
Termination
MiVojo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or any behavior harmful to the Service or its users. Termination will result in the immediate due of any outstanding payments, with refunds only provided as specified in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing which, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Association of Greece in Athens, with parties bearing their own costs.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and MiVojo regarding your use of the Service.
